As a co-founder of RRC in 2007, he has played a key role in the renewable energy industry. By 2023, he has designed foundations for over 400 wind projects across North America, contributing to more than 65,000 MW of installed or under-construction wind power.

Larry Zhou

Larry is a Structural Engineering Manager with over 30 years in the industry. He specializes in structural and foundation design for substations, utility-scale solar, wind, and battery energy storage projects, & provides technical leadership, project execution, and QA/QC oversight for complex energy infrastructure programs across the U.S. and Canada. Larry holds a master’s degree in civil engineering & is a registered Professional Engineer in multiple U.S. states as well as in Ontario & Alberta.

Troy is a Senior Structural Engineer with over 15 years of experience in civil and structural engineering. He has contributed to over 60 wind farm projects, totaling approximately 6,000 MW, and specializes in foundation design for wind turbines and solar panel support. Troy holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology and is licensed in 12 states.

Jason Stripling

Jason is a licensed Structural Engineer with over 13 years of experience, specializing in wind turbine foundation design. He has contributed to over 115 wind farm projects, totaling approximately 13,000 MW across the U.S. and Canada. Jason holds both a B.S. and M.S. in Civil (Structural) Engineering from South Dakota State University.
