Hongbin’s current responsibilities as Chief Engineer at RRC and VP at RRCI include acting as a technical lead on wind turbine foundation designs, solar pile designs, and more. Hongbin also reviews technical reports, provides technical support, and takes the lead in the geotechnical group. Hongbin serves as Senior Engineer overseeing geotechnical and solar pile design, and R&D work.
