Simon Chee is a Senior VP and the head of engineering at RRC SCADA, where he has led the business unit’s remarkable growth from a team of three to over 40 persons in just a few years. With over 30 years of professional experience, Simon is an accomplished leader in SCADA engineering, controls, and commissioning with a broad background in program/project management, engineering development, and implementation.

Throughout his career, Simon has managed and commissioned over 12 GW of renewable energy installations. However, his background stretches across industries from renewable energy and utility-scale solar, wind, and battery storage power plant installation to manufacturing, paper, plastic, metals, food processing, and aerospace industries.

Simon’s leadership philosophy is grounded in creating opportunities for growth and development for his team and clients. He values teamwork, innovation, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
