David Wang
David leads electrical engineering efforts at RRC with 15 years of experience in overhead line engineering and substation grounding design. A Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and IEEE Senior Member, David specializes in electrical studies and simulations, including AC interference, corrosion, grounding, and EMF analysis.

Jian Xin Zang
Jian Xin brings 29 years of experience in overhead (12.5 kV to 500 kV) and underground (25 kV to 72 kV) line engineering. A licensed PE in Washington and P.Eng in Alberta and British Columbia, Jian Xin has been a licensed engineer since 2008, committed to quality and efficiency.

Carlos holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering and an M.Sc. in Seismic Engineering, with 35 years of experience in transmission line design. Specializing in overhead lines (115 kV to 765 kV), he has expertise in material testing, forensic analysis of tower collapses, and refurbishing latticed towers.
