Amarinder is an experienced Substation Engineering Manager with over 15 years in the industry. He specializes in substation design, project management, and team leadership, having worked on projects across the U.S. and Canada. Amarinder holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calgary and is a registered Professional Engineer with APEGA.

Yi Meng

Yi has over 20 years of engineering experience with EHV/HV substation design (AIS/GIS), high voltage testing and commissioning, power system studies, and renewable energy. In addition, he is an experienced engineering leader, having led teams through complete power systems and renewable energy projects.

Tim Chairet

Tim is an Electrical Substation Manager with over 12 years of experience in substation design and electrical engineering. Specializing in grounding, protection, and control for projects up to 500 kV, Tim manages project execution and QA/QC. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and is licensed in 10 states.

John Boonlard

John is an electrical engineer with a professional engineer license in California, North Carolina, and Ohio. Experienced in Wind generation, Solar generation, BESS and distribution substation engineering design up to 500kV, interconnection application, protection coordination and relay settings, system studies, arc flash, and impact fee studies.
