As a pioneer in the renewables sector, RRC has been instrumental in designing hundreds of solar, wind, and energy storage projects in the U.S. Our supportive environment allows interns to learn from some of the industry’s most experienced and knowledgeable engineers, ensuring a rich and rewarding experience.
We’re looking for motivated and intellectually curious candidates in the following areas:
Potential candidates for internships must:
Company Orientation: All interns participate in an orientation program that introduces them to RRC, its policies, and their specific roles.
Department Orientation: Interns receive an in-depth review of departmental functions and activities conducted by the department manager or a team lead.
Progress Reports: Department managers provide monthly progress reports to comply with school requirements and RRC’s HR department.
Final Report and Off-boarding: At the end of the internship, department managers provide a final report, and RRC’s HR department conducts an off-boarding exit interview.
