Alfred Williams

Alfred is RRC’s Lead Geotechnical Engineer with over 6 years of experience in wind and solar energy projects. Specializing in geotechnical recommendations for wind turbine foundations, Alfred manages field investigations, geotechnical analysis, and project management. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering and is licensed in South Carolina and Texas.

Randy Carri

Randy is a Graduate Engineer and Geotechnical Project Manager with over 20 years of experience in subsurface investigations and geotechnical engineering. He has managed large-scale wind projects, including the largest wind farm in North America, and specializes in field coordination, foundation recommendations, and construction support. Randy holds an EI registration in Colorado.

Jeffrey Liu

Jeffrey is a Geotechnical Engineer with over 1.5 years of experience in wind and solar energy projects. Proficient in foundation design, slope stability analysis, and pile load testing, he excels in geotechnical field exploration and QA/QC. Jeffrey holds a Master’s in Civil Engineering and EIT registrations in New Hampshire and Texas.
