The Vineyard is a master planned, mixed-use development that includes space for single-family homes, apartments, office space, parks, retail, and an elementary school. The development is also noted for its coexistence with oil wells within the property and its cohesive design throughout the development.
Construction of The Vineyard began in 2010 with the development of a corporate headquarters facility and construction is already underway for two additional office buildings.
RRC performed land surveying, geotechnical engineering, construction staking, structural observation, construction materials testing, concrete, asphalt, and soil testing for quality control and project management.
